RETURNS POLICY

At Jeanspiration, we specialise in vintage and pre-loved clothing. Due to the unique nature of these items, please read all descriptions, measurements and photographs carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that do not fit

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Colour variations caused by screen settings

• Failure to read measurements or descriptions before purchase

Measurements are provided on all listings to help customers determine the best fit. Customers are responsible for checking measurements before purchasing.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from the description provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Any approved return must:

• Be returned in the same condition it was received

• Be unworn and unwashed

• Include any original tags where applicable

• Be securely packaged


Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

SALE ITEMS

All sale, discounted, clearance and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
