Shipping policy

At Jeanspiration, every piece is carefully packed and sent with love. As we sell second-hand and vintage items, we aim to dispatch each order as quickly as possible.

 Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent via tracked delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch: 
UK: 2–5 working days
International: 5–14 working days

Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to postal services, especially during busy periods.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will do our best to help. While we are not responsible for postal delays, we will always try to support you in resolving any issues.
